Input

I tend to accumulate information, ideas, and artifacts.

What makes me stand out? By nature, I’m a bit of an information junkie, which tends to lead to me wanting to improve the way I do things, sometimes even things that are already working. I don’t just make lists (sometimes old-school, hand-written on ruled tablets, supported by clip boards!) of things I want to accomplish, but am constantly on the lookout for supporting information and resources to enhance the completion of each list item. It is not uncommon for my lists to include multiple attachments, paper and hyperlinks.

I tend to approach relationships similarly, which is not to say I am about gathering lots of them, but rather that I strive to know as much as possible about a person and what makes them tick. I love to learn about another person’s talents, interests, goals, and dreams. I feel it allows me to appreciate them more than others can, and to share about myself in more meaningful ways. I do not use the term ‘relationship’ lightly, as for me, it implies a great depth of mutually shared information. That said, beyond the true relationships I have cultivated, I do cherish hundreds of acquaintances, which I believe have helped me to hone my strong insights on human nature.
