I am a cisgender female and use the pronouns she/hers/her.
A personality trait survey I completed recently found that out of 57 adjectives, the top five that best describe me are altruistic, balanced, humble, insightful, and practical. The bottom five are anxious, authoritative, insecure, moody, and pessimistic.
I have twice taken the Gallup CliftonStrengths survey assessment, which in application, I have found to be helpful in cultivating more productive workgroups.
