What makes me stand out? I’m all about sharing my knowledge and skills with people I coach, mentor, or train. I have a bent for making unintelligible or complex ideas, plans, procedures, or regulations easy to understand, and a knack for instructing, training, or offering suggestions to people who look to me for assistance.

I am comfortable being honest about myself with others. I strive to hit or exceed what I think is my potential and am my own worst critic when I don’t. I know who I am and I’m ok with openly acknowledging my mistakes and shortcomings.
